Data Deletion Policy

TripleTick, a product operated by Future Condos Inc., respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform, including data collected through Meta platform integrations (Facebook Login and WhatsApp Business API).

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

You can request deletion of the following data:

  • Your TripleTick account and profile information
  • Contact records and conversation history stored in your workspace
  • Campaign data and automation configurations
  • Data received through Facebook Login (Facebook user ID, name, email)
  • WhatsApp Business Account connection data
  • Usage analytics and activity logs associated with your account

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You have several options to request deletion of your data:

Option A: Email Request

Send an email to al-janabi@futurecondos.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your TripleTick account
  • Your organization name (if applicable)
  • Whether you want partial or complete data deletion

Option B: Remove Facebook App Access

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can revoke TripleTick's access from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find "TripleTick" in the list of apps
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access
  4. When prompted, select "Delete all data from TripleTick"

This will trigger our automated data deletion process for all data associated with your Facebook account.

Option C: In-App Deletion

You can delete specific data directly within the TripleTick app:

  • Delete individual contacts from the Contacts page
  • Delete conversations from the Inbox
  • Delete campaigns from the Campaigns page
  • Request full account deletion from Settings

3. What Happens After a Deletion Request

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
  • Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing the request
  • Processing: Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with a unique confirmation code once deletion is complete

4. Data Retention After Deletion

After processing your deletion request:

  • All personal data and account information will be permanently deleted from our active systems
  • Data in encrypted backups will be purged within 90 days as backups are rotated
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics purposes
  • We may retain certain data if required by law, legal proceedings, or legitimate business obligations (e.g., billing records for tax compliance)

5. Meta Platform Data Deletion

When you remove TripleTick from your Facebook app settings, Meta sends us a deletion callback. Our system will:

  1. Receive and verify the signed deletion request from Meta
  2. Identify all data associated with your Facebook user ID
  3. Delete your account data, including any linked WhatsApp Business data
  4. Return a confirmation code and status URL to Meta for your records

You can check the status of your deletion request using the confirmation code provided.

6. Third-Party Data

Please note that deletion from TripleTick does not automatically delete data from:

  • Meta/WhatsApp: Messages sent through WhatsApp are stored by Meta according to their own data retention policies. Contact Meta directly for WhatsApp message deletion.
  • Stripe: Payment history may be retained by Stripe for legal and compliance purposes.
